Content Manager
OBJECTIVE
Develop an intuitive user-facing platform enabling paid customers to filter articles by topics or submission dates as well as opt into ‘RoundUps” and featured content types that align with the company's hiring needs and brand awareness goals.
GOALS
• Allow users to share the article questionnaire to their teammates without having to create a Salesforce account.
• Implement automated email notifications to keep customers updated on submission and estimated publication dates.
Content Manager MVP: RoundUps
Browse
Search Roundups, review recommended interviewees, filter by specific topics and review the interview questions.
Join
Choose a RoundUp and invite a coworker to contribute by sending an email using the content manager tool or by generating a unique URL link for direct responses from the interviewee.
Submit
Review and submit your responses along with two-to-three images and wait for your Roundup to go live.
Share
To access live content and effectively share it across social media platforms, simply navigate to the History tab within Content Manager. From there, you can view all live content and download the Media Kit provided by Built In, which contains valuable assets for promotional purposes.
Content Partnership Plan
GOALS
1) Implement a flexible calendar Ui that enables customers to effortlessly plan their full year of Built In content offerings, improving their ability to schedule and organize their content strategy effectively.
2) Streamline the creation of custom Partnership Plans for paid Built In customers reducing internal time investment and ensuring consistency in the process.

GOALS:
Add Additional Content Types to the Content Manager ui. Update the information architecture for a more seamless and educational experience. Establish a better onboarding flow for new users and incorporate notification and activity updates.
